OmniMend, published by Psynect Corp, is an agentic AI diagnostic system for the devices people and technicians use, and this package is its complete Windows host, currently at version 2.0.9 with five versions available. The software is designed for local PC diagnosis and approved repair, and it extends its diagnostic capabilities to supported iPhone and iPad, Android, and Chromebook devices, as well as recovery and professional workflows; a separate Apple Silicon Mac app is available for native local Mac diagnostics. The diagnostic process remains read-only at all times: when the evidence supports a suitable repair, OmniMend explains the proposed action, waits for the user's explicit approval before proceeding, and then verifies the relevant result afterward, making it suitable for both everyday users and repair technicians who need controlled, transparent intervention. Also included is Security Vitals Beta, a separate Windows-only workspace focused on security investigation. It filters ordinary activity locally and uses a bounded, redacted cloud AI summary for higher-risk patterns, operating alongside Microsoft Defender or another registered antivirus rather than replacing it. Security Vitals Beta is intended to help investigate unfamiliar behavior, including patterns that may appear in emerging or zero-day attacks, but it does not promise perfect detection and does not quarantine anything automatically.
